A qualification-linked quiz with question types, pass mark and answer-level results.

How it helps

Quizzes and results

Assess people as part of the course, not in a separate quiz tool that nobody else can see. Quizzes belong to the qualification — so the right learners see them and trainers can review how they did.

Quizzes are included on some packages. Move from a headline pass rate to the answers people missed, so you can improve teaching — not export results into another tracker.

Why it matters

What your team gains

The outcomes your team gains from this part of Afanor — written for training administrators, not database designers.

Assessments that fit the qualification

  • Nine question types, with images or video where they help
  • Set a pass mark, time limit and attempt limit that match your standard
  • Publish when ready — learners see quizzes in the portal up to your limit

Results trainers can act on

  • See attempts, scores, pass rates and how long each quiz took
  • Review individual answers — not just whether someone passed
  • Limit trainers to the dates they teach, if you choose

Other parts of training

Afanor takes the diary, the people in the seats, the quiz they sit and the reminder that follows, and keeps them with the same learner.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about quizzes and results

How do learners get a quiz?

A published quiz belongs to a qualification. Learners who are enrolled or checked in on a course that delivers that qualification see it in their portal, up to the attempt limit you set.

Can trainers see more than a score?

Yes. They can see attempts, scores, whether the learner passed, how long it took and the answers themselves. You can limit trainers to the dates they are assigned to.

CRM

One place to know every learner

Stop keeping people in one spreadsheet and employers in another. Afanor holds who they are, how to reach them, and what still needs doing.

Qualifications

Know what they hold — and when it runs out

Set up awarding bodies and the rules that go with each award, then keep learner achievements, evidence and expiry together.

Communications

Write at the right time — and share the inbox

Remind people before a qualification lapses. On Scale, incoming email and texts land with the team instead of one person’s mailbox.
