Start with the work you need to do. Add people, centres and extras as you grow. The prices below are the current Afanor packages.
How pricing works
A plan for the product, then extras only when you need them
Pick the plan that matches how you work. Team logins, trainers, businesses and centres then grow with you.
Monthly or annual
Pay monthly for flexibility or choose annual billing for two months free on the base package. Add-ons are charged for all 12 months.
Texts, letters and lookups
Address lookups, UK texts and posted letters are bought as top-ups when you need them. Plans do not include a monthly allowance.
Choose by what you need to do
Plans differ by what is included — check-in, quizzes, a shared inbox — not by how many people you employ. Team logins, organisations and capacity then grow on their own.
All prices exclude VAT. Additional usage is itemised against your organisation’s billing period.
